We’re closing in on the release of ‘Kong: Skull Island‘ and Warner Brothers has revealed the end credits for the film. Surprisingly enough, there are four names included in that list which might be quite surprising to anyone involved. Legendary Pictures hasn’t been too secretive about the future of the franchise, so this isn’t completely coming out of left field but if you’ve been avoiding spoilers than this might be a fun little shock.

Since this could be considered a spoiler if you want to go in without any idea of what is to come you should turn back now.

My money on these credits are completely attributed as to what is likely the post-credit scene that everyone is so hyped about, and they are:

Characters of “Godzilla,” “King Ghidorah,” “Mothra” and “Rodan” created and owned by Toho Co., Ltd.

There has been a lot of people saying that you NEED to stay through the end credits and clearly this seems to point to a lead into the 2019 release of ‘Godzilla: King of Monsters’ or 2020’s ‘Godzilla v Kong.’ Either way, it seems to confirm the rumors that Godzilla will be making some kind of appearance in the film. There is always the chance it could be research found at some point in the movie, but my money is on that end credit sequence. Now, I don’t know if they’ll just be showing us these four kaiju or if they’ll all be fighting but I can’t wait to come out.

I’m really hoping it isn’t just a name drop.

Are you excited for a chance to see Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Mothra, and Rodan in ‘Kong: Skull Island’ even if only briefly? Will this be a fight scene or name drop? Share your thoughts below!
