xx

XX‘ is a new anthology horror film that is being released soon and the first trailer for it looks downright chilling. Horror anthology films have been becoming more popular in recent years with the success of the ‘V/H/S’ series, ‘Southbound’, and others so an all female lead one seems like it could be a lot of fun. In the collection we’ll be seeing Annie Clark, better known as the musician St. Vincent, making her directorial debut ‘The Birthday Party’, Karyn Kusama (‘The Invitation’) bringing us ‘Her Only Living Son’, Roxanne Benjamin (‘Southbound’) making sure we ‘Don’t Fall’, and Jovanka Vuckovic (‘The Captured Bird’) showing us what is in ‘The Box’.

Honestly, all of these look creepy but as a father, I think that ‘The Box’ truly stands out on what could end up being horrifying to watch.

You can check out the trailer below!

We’re just about a month away from being able to see the collection and I suspect that this is one which horror fans will be eager to check out.
