The Walking Dead‘ is planning on bringing us a surprise 85-minute episode during the current season and we’re not talking about an extended season premiere, mid-season break, or season finale one either! That’s right folks, the seventh season is getting an hour and a half of undead goodness in the fourth episode of the season. Honestly, how many walkers will be features is questionable as this will be the first episode which brings us back to Rick and company since Negan brutally killed two of our favorite actors. With the second episode catching up on Morgan and Carol with the introduction to The Kingdom and this coming weekend’s episode throwing us squarely into the sanctuary this longer episode will almost feel needed to show us how the group is adapting to their new reality.

The Sanctuary that will be introduced this weekend will give us more of a look into the world of Negan. For those who are unfamiliar with it, the area is the home base for Negan and his Saviors so it will be a look at the compound which Rick will eventually have to go up against if he plans on breaking away from Negan’s reign of terror. I wouldn’t hold my breath for this happening anytime in the near future, though.

While we don’t know a lot about the fourth episode as of yet we do have a title for it which is “Service” and a brief description which is as follows:

The remaining members of the group try to keep it together in Alexandria; they receive a sobering visit.

Likely this will follow the comics and this could be a bit of a spoiler if you haven’t read them so you may want to turn back. When Negan first shows up to Alexandria he comes not only early but takes half of all of the supplies that are on hand at that time. Chances are, this will be the same thing to happen here though we’ll be finding out in a week.
