X-Men: Apocalypse Four Horsemen

With today being the day after Wrestlemania, many people might think of the legendary stable led by “Nature Boy” Ric Flair when someone mentions the Four Horsemen. However, now that the Showcase of Immortals has come and gone, another group of dangerous individuals to adopt that moniker will be fresh in your heads when ‘X-Men: Apocalypse‘ debuts next month in a theater near you. And in preparation for Bryan Singer’s next foray into the X-Men film universe, a new promo has been released to give the world a quick overview of En Sabah Nur’s minions.

Before Oscar Isaac’s Apocalypse assembles his own team of mutants to unleash upon the world, the latest featurette for the follow-up to ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ brings Angel, Psylocke, Storm, and Magneto front and center to show off what they’re capable of. Mainly featuring interviews with some cast and crew, this video also has some new footage of the latest threat to Professor X, his X-Men, and the world in general. You can check it out below courtesy of Comic Book Movie, followed by the official synopsis of the film:

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto, to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven with the help of Professor X must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
