Though we may have to wait a few more weeks more than we expected thanks to President Obama’s State of the Union Address, a new season of ‘Agent Carter’ is coming our way later this month. When we catch up with the SSR’s top operative Peggy Carter, she’ll be making her way to the Sunshine State to shine in Hollywood. But just who will be the old and new faces coming along for her most dangerous mission yet? We have a new look at exactly that thanks to the latest promotional material for the beloved ABC series, which also includes a glimpse at season two’s big bad.

Back in August, we learned that Peggy would be going head to head against the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s version of Madame Masque. Somewhat of a departure from her comic book counterpart, the character will be a Hollywood actress and brilliant inventor in the MCU. But regardless of whether she maintains her traits from the source material or not, the vicious villain is still most definitely bad news for our red-hatted heroine. And now thanks to TV Line, we have our first look at Wynn Everett as Whitney Frost, the masked menace’s alter ego:

WYNN EVERETT

In addition to the new character poster featuring Ms. Frost, the site also gives us a peek at returning cast members Hayley Atwell, James D’Arcy, Enver Gjokaj, Chad Michael Murray, and Bridget Regan, as well as new additions like Currie Graham as Calvin Chadwick, Lotte Verbeek as Ana Jarvis, Reggie Austin as Dr. Jason Wilkes, and Lesley Boone as Rose Roberts. You can check them all out in the gallery below, followed by the official synopsis of the second season:

Marvel’s ‘Agent Carter’ returns for a second season of adventure and intrigue, starring Hayley Atwell in the titular role of the unstoppable agent for the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve). Dedicated to the fight against new Atomic Age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home – and perhaps even a new love – she’s about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect.

While we don’t know what part some of these people will play in Agent Carter’s latest adventure just yet, it’s great to finally put some faces to the names that we’ve been hearing so much about, particularly rumored love interest Dr. Wilkes. But while we anxiously wait for January 19th to finally roll around, let us know what you think about these shots in the comments below.
