If I’m looking forward to any horror movie this year it’s Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Crimson Peak‘ and now the film has just received big praise from some of horror’s finest. With the movie not dropping for another seven months even the press have not been able to get a look at it quite yet. Do you know who has? The master of the macabre Stephen King and his son Joe Hill have!

Not only have they had a chance to see the film but they are heaping praise on it.

First King’s Son, Joe Hill who has become quite a talented author in his own right sent out the following tweets:

What few early shots we’ve seen have given the film a beautiful haunted look and it seems that Hill is saying the final product blows the promotional stills away. While King agrees with his son that it was visually amazing, he has quite a solid endorsement past that:

While there is a full summer of blockbuster films to look forward to, this is the top slot of my horror must see movies this year. Hill and King are just adding fuel to the fire at this point and making the wait that much more excruciating!

Are you looking forward to when ‘Crimson Peak’ drops this fall? Has the endorsement of King and Hill grabbed your attention? Share your thoughts below!
