“There has been an awakening…have you felt it?”
What we are feeling is excitement as the trailer for ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ has finally arrived! Stormtoopers, droids, X-wing fighters, lightsabers and the Millennium Falcom all appear in this trailer with the John Williams’ iconic theme playing alongside.
As promised, the trailer started currently playing today in front of every single movie in select theaters and will do so throughout the weekend. As an added bonus, Lucasfilm and Disney also decided to release the trailer onto the interweb!
This brief 88 second video may not give too much away about the plot of the film but from this brief look, it appears that some of the rumored plot may be somewhat true if the quick shot of John Boyega and Daisy Ridley in the first few seconds has any meaning.
Plan to spend some time with this trailer as, if you are like we are, you’ll be hitting that play button over and over! (At least we don’t have to keep paying for a ticket to see it multiple times!)
And now begins the next chapter of the saga that takes place in a galaxy far far away…
