For being in production there hasn’t been much leaking from the Atlanta set of ‘Ant-Man‘ but these latest photos show off Michael Douglas in a suit and a sports car as he takes on the role of Hank Pym. When I say a suit though I do mean an actual suit ad Douglas won’t be dressing up as Ant-Man himself in the film if early announcements are to be believed. Of course, this wouldn’t be the first time Marvel tries to throw us off the truth to try and surprise us so that early quote could always just be a distraction.

From what we can see in these pictures, it looks like we’re getting with Pym a scientist that is more in line with how Tony Stark leads his life than say Fitz and Simmons from Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’. That’s right, a businessman that happens to be an amazing inventor over someone who likes to spend all day in the lab. At least, that’s what the suit and car which we’re seeing here screams to me.

I mean just check out how stylish he is in the following images! This is a style that would put Gordon Gekko to shame!

I would love for a scene that had Pym and Stark in the same room though I doubt we would see Downey making an appearance here, even with his recent change of heart that will put him in ‘Captain America 3‘ and beyond. Who knows, maybe this new outlook could put him and Pym at odds across a boardroom briefly over something.

What are your thoughts of Douglas’ look as Pym? Do you think they made the right choice to have him in a look of style or would you have rather seen him in a lab coat doing research?
