With James Mangold’s ‘The Wolverine’ finally arriving in theaters this weekend, promotions have been ramping up all week to hype the hell out of this film. Plus after an extremely disappointing showing for Logan in his last solo film, Hugh Jackman and company were gung ho about doing right by everyone’s favorite mutant this time around.

A lot has changed for Logan since ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’, so ‘The Wolverine’ finds him as the ultimate outsider as he excludes himself from society as much as he can while still staying close to a liquor store. You can catch a peek at where the character goes from there with these new TV spots titled “Hunter” and “Legend” below:

For more info on the film, here’s the synopsis:

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.
