S.H.I.E.L.D. has been a hot topic among Marvel fans lately because of the ABC show ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ and the return of a certain agent that’s captured the hearts of the whole world. Well, over on the set of ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’, a familiar face from the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division seems to be getting the attention of Captain America and Black Widow.

In some of the first pictures from the set of the sequel to ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ (besides the ones of Cap’s new suit), Comic Book Movie shows us that Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson were recently filming a scene in Los Angeles where Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff needed to get rough with Agent Jasper Sitwell, played by Maximiliano Hernández. After Agent Phil Coulson met his demise at the hands of Loki in ‘The Avengers’ (or did he?), it appears that Sitwell is the new suited agent of choice for Cap and the gang, but these pictures show that they might not like the way Jasper handles things. No details have been released as to what’s really going on in this scene, but I sure wouldn’t want to be Agent Sitwell in this situation. You can check out the super high quality shots in the gallery below:

It’s really cool seeing these familiar faces on set, but I have it on good authority that Anthony Mackie started shooting this week, so I’m looking forward to seeing Sam Wilson pop up some time. Cap’s new threads were cool, but I’m really looking forward to seeing how Falcon’s suit looks in real life.

I’m sure that those pictures will pop up eventually, but until then, what are your thoughts on these pics with Sitwell, Cap, and Widow? What do you think the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent did to incur the wrath of Agent Romanoff’s strike? Share your thoughts in the comments.

‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo, Toby Jones, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, and Emily VanCamp is scheduled to assemble in theaters on April 4, 2014.
