You don’t have to wait until Super Bowl Sunday to see the new TV spot for Paramount’s ‘World War Z’ because we have it right here!

The 34 second ad doesn’t have much in terms of new footage (actually none at all) but it does remind you that the film will be filled with zombies… throngs of them. There’s a reason why it’s called a Zombie pandemic!

The film has gone through a lot in order to get made (rewrites, delays, reshoots) and only wrapped filming a couple months ago, so it’s understandable why there’s no new material seen. Still, the TV ad has the same essence of the trailer that was released 4 months ago proving ‘World War Z’ will be action packed!

Hit the jump to watch the Super Bowl ad and make sure you check back here on ScienceFiction.com for a round-up of the sci-fi/fantasy movie TV spots that played during the game.

‘World War Z’ opens in theaters on June 21, 2013.

Synopsis:

The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.
