New ‘Game Of Thrones’ Video And Stills Reveal Scene Not Written In Book Series

Filming of the King’s Landing scenes for the upcoming season of HBO’s ‘Games of Thrones’ has completed in Croatia but while they were there, Drubovnik TV and press were able to grab some interviews and photos from the location shoot.

Fans of ‘Game of Thrones’ already know that the first half of George R.R. Martin’s third book in the ‘A Song of Fire and Ice’ series, ‘A Storm of Swords,’ was adapted for this season but fans will be excited to know that there will be extra scenes not in the book that was written exclusively for the television series.

One of the new scenes will be in the first episode and below are some images and behind of scenes footage of what was filmed. So far it looks like there is an important meeting on the pier of King’s Landing involving Sansa (Sophie Turner), Shae (Sibel Kekilli), Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen), and Ros (Esme Bianco).

Season 3 of ‘Game of Thrones’ is looking like it will be the most grandiose and involved of the 3 seasons so far and with a March 31, 2013 return date, the wait will be agonizing! But until then, you can get your fix below!
