A stunning new trailer for the upcoming season of ‘Doctor Who’ has Jodie Whittaker showing us all that she means business! In the videos, she announces:
“I’m just a traveler. Sometimes I see things need fixing, and I do what I can.”
The trailer also offers a few glimpses of alien landscapes and the Doctor’s brand new sonic screwdriver! The first episode in the season, ‘The Woman Who Fell to Earth’, was written by showrunner Chris Chibnall and directed by Jamie Childs. Chibnall recently gave an interview and hinted that the episode might not feature new opening titles and music, saying:
“You’ll have to wait till episode two to see [the new titles and theme] in situ. Episode one starts a little differently.”
Alongside the trailer, BBC America released details about the first two episodes of the 11th season of ‘Doctor Who,’ ‘The Woman Who Fell to Earth’ and ‘The Ghost Monument.’ Check out the synopsis for both episodes below!
