Game Of Thrones

Fans have learned that a key character from ‘Game of Thrones’ will not be returning to the Seven Kingdoms for the final season of the epic fantasy series.

Mark Gatiss, who has portrayed Iron Bank representative Tycho Nestoris in Seasons Four, Five, and Seven will not return for the final season of ‘Game of Thrones.’ In a recent interview, Gatiss was asked if his character survives the final season, and he replied:

“I’m not in it, so I guess I survive. Although they might just mention offhand that I’ve had my head bitten off by a dragon off-screen or something.”

That is entirely possible! We last saw Nestoris in Season Seven working with Cersei Lannister in her war against Daenerys Targaryen for the Iron Throne.

‘Game of Thrones’ returns to HBO next year. The final season of the show looks like it will be one of the biggest events in television history, with each of the six episodes reportedly costing $15 million. With the premiere getting closer, fans have been anxiously waiting for any news about what the final season may look like. Even some cast members have been finding it hard not to let some details slide. In a recent interview, Sophie Turner who portrays Sansa Stark revealed:

“This season is bloodier than ever. It’s full of betrayal, full of war, full of danger. That’s all I can say without giving too much away.”

HBO hopes to start production on the prequel series around the same time the final season premiers, though little information has been released regarding the new series.
