Stranger Things Season Two

Everyone has expected it and with each new interview about what might happen in the second season of ‘Stranger Things,’ rumors have sprouted up that it was happening and now we have official confirmation from Netflix that we’ll be getting it! That is right ladies and gentlemen, ‘Stranger Things’ Season 2 is coming next year! The Duffer Brothers were able to truly capture the magic of 80’s science fiction and horror films from some of the greats and in a love letter to Stephen King, Stephen Spielberg, and John Carpenter it has also captured our hearts.

Hell, the series was such a hit that the producers of ‘It’ are saying that the movie will have a ‘Stranger Things’ vibe.

We don’t know too much about what to expect quite yet when the show drops in 2017 but the events take place a year after the first season in the fall of 1984. Likely we’ll see the cast continue once more and possibly even some justice for Barb.

Netflix didn’t have much to say about it but they did drop this teaser trailer and it is, of course, a major stress on the teaser portion.

While this is clearly looking like the Season 1 trailer we’re given the titles of “Madmax, The Boy Who Came Back to Life, The Pumpkin Patch, The Palace, The Storm, The Pollywog, The Secret Cabin, The Brain, and The Lost Brother.” instead of the cast members. If these are the episode titles it does mean we’ll be getting an additional episode over the first season run which would be amazing but it is still too early to know for sure.

Are you looking forward to the second season of ‘Stranger Things’? What direction do you think that we’ll be seeing if those are the episode titles of the series? Share your thoughts below!

Remember, if you need an 80s fix before the second season to read ‘10 movies to cehck out if you LOVED ‘Stranger Things’
