This isn’t our first look at Spider-Man’s new suit or web shooters for Spider-Man: Homecoming‘ but it is one of the first promotional posters that the studio released. Even, if it was released at a fashion event. Before you ask, yes this was a poster which was being shown off at the Magic Las Vegas event. We’re not sure if this means that a new line of Spider-Man fashion is in the works but it does seem like a strange place to premiere a promotional poster.
Speaking of the poster, let’s take a look before talking about it.

Right off the bat, you can tell that while it is mainly the same suit which Tony Stark had made for him in ‘Captain America: Civil War’ that there have been some alterations. It is unclear at this time if the changes were made with Tony’s help or if Peter decided he could improve on the design. The colors are clearly more vibrant, which could be a trick of the light, the quality of the picture, or from a filter being applied. It makes the blues, reds, and blacks all really pop and may almost prove too distracting if these end up the actual colors on the big screen. Past that, we have slightly larger web shooters as well as a larger spider on the costume.
There aren’t many changes but it does appear that a slight revamp has occurred. Knowing Tony’s obsession with upgrades and Parker’s with tinkering, this really shouldn’t be too much of a surprise that we would see any changes.
