Today we have not only a new TV spot but also a clip from ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction‘ to share with you! While Mark Wahlberg might be telling us to not sell the film short, it honestly isn’t too hard to do with how fun the trailers for the movie look so far! The clip has more of a focus on the human side of things while the television spot primarily is taking a look at the Transformers duking it out.

First up we have the first movie clip from the film where Kelsey Grammer is letting Wahlberg’s character that he has to play ball or else. OK, the threat is a little more serious as he threatens Wahlberg’s daughter’s life if he doesn’t do what he is told. I have a feeling that won’t end up working on Grammer’s favor in the long run.

Honestly ever since ‘Boss,’ I’ve felt that Grammer really just needs to play villains or bad characters from here on out. I’ve never liked him until I’ve seen him in this kind of a role! I only wish he had started taking roles like this sooner and continues for a long time to come.

Next up is the latest TV spot ‘Judgement’ which Mark Wahlberg is back to tell us a bit about the film ahead of time. Or more specifically as Wahlberg puts it, “Judgement Day” (No relation to ‘Terminator 2’!) will actually happen to the new ‘Transformers’ film when it is released on June 27th (Or July 5th in the UK.). Aside from that, though, we also get a few shots of the Transformers fighting and Dinobots which really, what more could you ask for? How about a look at the ships which may just be bringing the “ancient, powerful new menace” to Earth which will be the bad guys in the film?

I, for one, am looking forward to how humanity is dealing with the Transformers “threat” that currently exists on the planet. Obviously, we wouldn’t learn our lesson that the Autobots are only here to help after the events in ‘Dark Of The Moon‘ and have to stir things up as only we can!

Are you looking forward to the return of the Transformers to the big screen? Do you think making major shake ups to the cast may make things fresh and give us a better plot as Wahlberg is saying? Share your thoughts below!
