Marvel has been working on ‘Big Hero 6‘ for awhile now and ever since the early first look footage was released I’ve been dying to see more! The movie is slated to be released on November 7th of this year with a trailer set to drop this Thursday. Disney Animation Studios was kind enough to drop some teaser art for their first animated Marvel film.
The film itself is being co-directed by the talented Don Hall (‘Winnie the Pooh’) and Chris Williams (‘Bolt’) who both have quite a bit of success with working in animated movies. These pictures show off Big Hero and his inventory apparently in the process of putting him together for the first time.
The quality of the art looks top notch but with both Marvel and Disney involved in an animated movie these days, that was the least of my concerns. What I haven’t seen in an announcement yet is if the movie will be getting a theatrical release or will be going straight to VOD and Blu-ray.
Are you looking forward to the animated form of one of Marvel’s lesser known super hero teams? Does the early concept art have you excited for this week’s official trailer to be released? Share your thoughts below true believers!
