There are very few inhabitants of the Marvel Universe that are as slick as Tony Stark. Likewise, his real world counterpart Robert Downey Jr. is as suave and quick-witted as they come. But both men can be very goofy at times and the latest video to make it’s way online from the ‘Iron Man 3’ DVD shows us just that.
Earlier this week, we saw more of Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin in a brief deleted scene from the movie. Now, another special feature from the home video release of one of the hottest superhero films to hit theaters this summer has been released in the form of a gag reel, which heavily features star RDJ at his silliest during filming. As enjoyable as that was, I’m hoping the one included on the Blu-Ray and DVD is a bit longer than 35-seconds. It’s possible that they only put out a portion of the reel prior to the release date to tease a bigger video. After all, aside from one scene, it’s all footage of Iron Man cracking up. I’m sure Jon Favreau, Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, and more had some laugh worthy takes as well, so hopefully they’ll be included.
