Promotional material for ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ just keeps on coming and it’s getting harder to keep up as each day passes. Earlier, we featured some character posters for the film and now Paramount has released a new viral video and Japanese trailer!

The John Harrison (Benedict Cumberbatch) viral video follows the same tone as the previous one but this time Harrison is focusing his attention on Spock (Zachary Quinto) as images of the Vulcan flash across the screen. What is known from these viral vids is that Harrison has done his homework when it comes to his adversaries and seems to know Spock’s character to the point that he obviously knows what buttons to push to bring out the human side of the half-alien.

The next video is the international trailer for ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’. While most of the footage has already been seen, there are some new snippets like seeing Admiral Marcus (Peter Weller) ordering to “run this bastard down” for what was done to London and Uhura coming face to face with some Klingons. Check it out below:

‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ has done something that I didn’t think was possible. It has revved up the excitement of the film to the point where the big question of who John Harrison really is, is not as important as how epic this film seems to be in terms of story and action. After seeing all this, does it really matter now if Harrison is Khan or not?

‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ premieres in the US in select IMAX theaters on May 15 and in 2D and 3D on May 17th
