Who needs a marketing department when you have Vin Diesel? The star and producer of the third installment of the ‘Riddick’ films has unveiled another photo from the long awaited film, ‘Riddick.’
While the last photo had what seemed to be a pensive Riddick on a motorcycle of sorts, this one has Diesel showing the true badass antihero escaped convict that Riddick is known to be as he welds a blade against Karl Urban’s Vaako. What could Vaako have done to deserve such treatment?
I guess we won’t know until a trailer comes out and hopefully it’s soon! The amount of hype that has been delivered so far is contagious and September seems a long time to wait for ‘Riddick’ to drop in theaters.

Directed and written by David Twohy, ‘Riddick’ not only stars Diesel and Urban (‘Star Trek,’’Dredd’), but also Katee Sackoff (‘Battlestar Galactica,’ ‘The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia’), Jordi Molla (‘Knight and Day,’ ‘Columbiana’), Bokeem Woodbine (‘Total Recall,’ ‘The Host’), Dave Bautista (‘The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption’),and Nolan Funk (‘House at the End of the Street,’ ‘Warehouse 13’). ‘Riddick’ is slated to be in theaters on September 6, 2013.
