The Entertainment Weekly Fall Movie Preview Issue has Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattison gracing the cover in character as the immortal Bella and Edward from the upcoming film ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.’ Inside this issue are a few photos and snippets of interviews with the cast and now four images have been shared online!
The stills have an air of the “warm and fuzzies” in this fourth and last installment of the series that has Bella, now a vampire, able to spend eternity with her love and husband, Edward. And what better way to live out your life by having a child. The stills make you think you are looking at family photos one would have in the “normal” world but we are dealing with vampires, werewolves and the Volturi. This is obviously the calm before the storm.
Devoted fans of the Stephanie Meyers’ ‘Twilight Saga’ book series will be in a big shock when they see this film as the plot strays away from that written in her last novel. The final third of the movie was re-written by Meyer and ‘Twilight’ screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg. In fact, even Pattinson was taken a little aback when he read the changes. “When I first read the script, I got to that part and was like, ‘What?’ And then I had to go back a page,” he recalls. But he reassures fans that they will like what the two writers did to bring the series to an end. Says Pattinson, “’It does it a serious justice.”
