It’s been a while since we’ve seen anything new from Zack Snyder’s Superman movie, ‘Man of Steel’. Now, courtesy of ComingSoon.net, we have some new images.
Some of the costumes from the upcoming film are on display at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas this week and, with these photos, we get a look at some of the detail of the suits sans actors.
The suits are those worn by Superman, Jor-El (Superman’s father), and Faora (a female Kryptonian traveling with General Zod). I like a lot of the intricacies of the costuming. Jor-El’s dark outfit looks very fitting of a Kryptonian scientist, Faora’s looks brutal and violent, and I’m really digging the textures on the Superman outfit. It does indeed give the costume a metallic steel-type look and matches better with the Kryptonian armor that Superman is wearing in the current comic book series.
