I’m still of the opinion that the international trailers for ‘The Avengers’ are much better than the ones shown here in the U.S. and the Japanese trailer just reinforces my argument!
Although I really loved the latest theatrical trailer that was released, there’s quite a bit of new footage that hasn’t been seen yet in the Japanese trailer. For example, our first look of Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) speaking, and a long shot of the wormhole that opens up above Stark Tower allowing all the bad guys to come through. Best yet are the views of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
As each trailer for ‘The Avengers’ come out, it proves that this is the tentpole blockbuster movie that other movies should strive for. But enough of my gushing, check out the Japanese trailer yourself and let me know if it’s got you 多くの興奮 (excited for more!):
