It was announced that 25 year old British actress Lucy Griffiths is joining the cast of ‘True Blood’. Griffiths has been cast in the role of Nora, Eric Northman’s (played by Alexander Skarsgard) “sister”. Nora is a double agent working in the Vampire Authority. No word has been said yet if she will have any relation to Pam.
If you are a fan of the Sookie Stackhouse book series, you’ll note that Nora isn’t one of the characters. What sort of plans do you think Alan Ball has in store for her? Do you think she’ll be a significant character in the series? What do you think her relationship with Eric will be like, since she is cast as a “sister” to him?
Lucy is known for her role as Maid Marian in the BBC Series of ‘Robin Hood’. She was also in the miniseries ‘Collision’, and will be featured in the upcoming TV Movie ‘Awakening’, a story about two sisters on opposite sides of the zombie uprising.
