Say it ain’t so, Joe!
The Golden Globe nominations were announced just days ago and fans of ‘Stranger Things 2’ were probably thrilled that the show’s rock, David Harbour a.k.a. Police Chief Jim Hopper was recognized in the mouthful-of-a-category for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.
But is there going to be a dark repercussion if Harbour takes home the prize? It seems so! Co-star Joe Keery, who plays not-such-a-douchebag Steve Harrington reacted with a show of support… I think. Or was it a threat?!
First, here is Harbour’s Instagram “thank you”:
Fans and fellow cast members responded to this message with kudos. Then there was Keery’s message, under the user name uncle_jezzy:
Has the world turned Upside Down? Can you imagine the loss to the world of THAT. HAIR?!
That luscious, wavy, Farrah Fawcett hairsprayed to perfection coif? It should be protected like an endangered species… heck, even moreso! There are like 18,000 bald eagles. There’s only ONE Steve’s Hair! (Or… head of hair, I guess… you know what I meant!)

If anyone tries to shave that, they’ll have to get through me and my spiked baseball bat!
Then again, it looks as though ‘Stranger Things 3’ won’t arrive until 2019. That might be enough time for it to grow back… but let’s not risk it.
