In ‘Venom‘ #150 – Eddie Brock is Venom once again! He’s been wanting to rejoin with the symbiote which made him into Spider-Man’s enemy turned hero for years, and now he is going to have the chance to do just that.
Only, they’ve both changed quite a bit over the years with the symbiote learning a lot about itself while they were separated. It is clear that knowledge doesn’t fully transfer between hosts, so it will be interesting to see if the symbiote will remember its time with Brock at all or where it came from when it was out in space with Flash as a full-fledged hero.
Mike Costa will be writing the series with Tradd Moore handling the art on this oversized issue that has them together again in New York. As this is an oversized issue, we’ll have some bonus material to enjoy as well:
First up, secrets will be revealed! How did Flash Thompson come to lose the symbiote before it found its way to former Army Ranger Lee Price? The Venom: Space Knight creative team of Robbie Thompson and Gerardo Sandoval have the answers! Then, it’s back to the mean streets of San Francisco as fan-favorite creators David Michelinie and Ron Lim present a tale set between the pages of their iconic Venom: Lethal Protector series!
I have been dying to learn how Flash stopped being Venom so this story is going to be worth reading for that alone. The last tale looks to be a fun bonus but is at the bottom of my interest list as it is the future that I’m interested in reading.
