If you thought a drama might be where Sterling K. Brown (‘This Is Us’) was headed after his amazing work in ‘People v. O.J. Simpson’ then you might be surprised to hear that he is currently in talks to join the cast of Shane Black‘s ‘Predator.’ If he joins the cast, Brown will be joining Boyd Holbrook (‘Gone Girl’,’Narcos’) who has the leading role as well as Trevante Rhodes, Keegan-Michael Key, and Olivia Munn. It is a pretty packed all-star cast so far and I’m eager to see Brown’s serious tone playoff against Holbrook’s on the big screen as I feel the two will be able to have a natural on-screen chemistry as they go head to head and then have to work together.

Brown would be playing a government agent who is the man responsible for putting Holbrook’s character into jail. Holbrook is an ex-Marine and clearly, they’ll be needing his skills when going up against the alien hunters that will soon once again be gracing the big screen. This is exactly why the two will start off at odds with one another before working with each other just to survive. Rhodes and Key are also set to play ex-Marines with Munn playing a scientist.

For the first time in a Predator film we’ll actually be seeing humans square off against not a single Predator but multiple ones. We’ve previously learned that the action will take place in the suburbs though now much has been revealed past that.

Are you looking forward to seeing Sterling K. Brown take his talent to the upcoming ‘Predator’ film? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
