There is another new TV spot out for ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens‘ and this one has John Boyega (‘Attack the Block’,’24: Live Another Day’) as Finn in the limelight! I should probably mention here that Luke Skywalker once again is mysteriously absent. While some might hope he shows up in the final spots in the week leading up to the film’s release, I suspect we won’t be seeing him get any attention until the movie finally drops next month.
While we’ve seen a lot of Finn and heard how the character might be important to aspects of the film, we haven’t heard much from the character himself. While it isn’t all about Finn here as we do have Han Solo, BB-8, and others pop up – its clearly about him.
His lack of idalogue all changes with the latest teaser which you can see below and finally hear him get a few words in:
So Finn vs a Stormtrooper has me excited to see what else they have him doing in the film since unlike other films being release its doubtful that we’re getting the best clips in the previews. We don’t get a lot of details on who his character actually is yet but Finn clearly has an interesting history and I suspect we’ll be learning quite a bit about him in the film.
I’m happy that while the last trailer that was aired doesn’t mean that we won’t be getting new footage. We’ve had multiple clips since it has dropped that have each been teasing us just a little more of what we’ll see in ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ and I suspect we’ll have one a week until the movie is out.
