There has been some new international footage released for ‘Warcraft‘ and like other larger films that means new footage. However, the footage here gives us not only some amazing new visuals but a single line of text which can be seen in the logo above. If you don’t speak French then you might be in the same boat that I was and not be sure as to what to expect here.

However, the translation of “Le Commencement” is roughly “The Beginning”.

While we haven’t heard of any sequels being greenlit at this time it shouldn’t surprise anyone that such a tentpole movie would have aspirations to be an ongoing series. With a big budget and potentially a big win at the box office this has a story which could easily lend itself to more films based upon Warcraft’s rich video game history.

If that isn’t enough though here is the new teaser which has a bit of new footage to enjoy.

Hopefully the idea of more ‘Warcraft’ films is based on film potential and not to keep Activision Blizzard from getting the rights back as they clearly have films in their sights for both the ‘Call of Duty’ and ‘Starcraft’ franchises.

What are your thoughts on ‘Warcraft’ being “The Beginning” when we’ve barely had any trailers for the film so far? Any new scenes in the latest clip stand out for you? Share your thoughts below!
