In less than a month, one of the most anticipated films of the year will hit theaters: ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’ To keep the excitement going, Marvel has released what is being dubbed as the final trailer for the film (although I think they are saving the best for last).

The TV spot pretty much regurgitates many of the scenes we’ve already seen from past footage but it does contain some new snippets particularly the ones with Black Widow towards the end. While one of the two Avengers without their own solo film, Black Widow has come out as the Avenger to watch not only because she is currently the only female on the team, but her team up with Captain America on ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ has proven she can handle herself in a kickass entertaining way.

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ will be a very important film for the MCU. Not only will it visit Black Panther’s home nation of Wakanda (where Ultron gets the Vibranium to coat himself in which makes him uber powerful), a Black Panther villain will also be involved in the film’s plot, Ulysses Klause (in the comics his goes by Uylsses Klaw – “potato, pototo”). Thus the film will be leading movie goers into an introduction to the Phase 3 ‘Black Panther’ film starting Chadwick Boseman in the title role. And while ‘Ant-Man’ does follow ‘Age of Ultron’ to close out Phase 2 of the MCU, the events happening in this Avengers film will be the organic set up for ‘Captain America: Civil War.

So while we do have this trailer to drool over, you can be sure more is coming! As for me, I can’t wait when the clips begin to start rolling out! How about you?

Marvel Studios presents “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk and Chris Evans as Captain America. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, Stellan Skarsgård as Erik Selvig and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision. Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, p.g.a., Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963. Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso, Jeremy Latcham, Patricia Whitcher, Stan Lee and Jon Favreau serve as executive producers.

Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ opens in U.S. theaters on May 1, 2015.
