While Vin Diesel (‘The Last Witch Hunter,’ ‘Riddick‘) was able to do an amazing job uttering three little words in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ it looks like he would also love to return to the Marvel Universe as Black Bolt for ‘Inhumans.’

It may have been hard to take on two full roles as Idris Elba had wanted to do not only playing Heimdall in the Thor movies but also wanting to play ‘Luke Cage‘ as well in the Netflix series, this role for Diesel would be slightly easier to pull off. In ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ he was a giant CGI’d talking tree with a limited vocabulary. However, if Diesel gets the part that he wants in ‘Inhumans,’ he would be a bulky man in a suit that covered his face who doesn’t tend to talk without mass destruction following in the wake of his voice.

Needless to say, whoever has the role won’t actually be able to talk that much.

Spoofing the ‘Inhuman’ comic advertising asking if you are Inhuman, Diesel went out and made his own take to make the pitch to Marvel Studios on his Facebook which you can see below.

This actually isn’t the first time we’ve seen Diesel pitch this idea as he had already tried to show his interest in August. Honestly with his look and presence onscreen even when not talking, I would think that he could be a good fit for the character.

For those unfamiliar with the Inhumans, the cinematic concept was actually introduced in the season finale of Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘. They were previously experimented on by the Kree to be turned into the ultimate weapons and each has their own ability. They look human to begin with but if they are exposed to the Terragin Mist, they gain massive powers and can have a highly altered appearance.

Black Bolt is the leader of the Inhumans and is the head of the Royal Family which is their ruling body. If he speaks, mountains can quite literally be moved as they crumble before the sound of his voice. Therefore he does not talk much and what he has to say cannot be heard by most mortals. Sounds like a great fit for someone who has only had a total of five words in the Marvel Universe to date.

Do you think Diesel would make a good Black Bolt? Should Marvel use someone that they have already worked with so successfully or pick another actor to take the role? Share your thoughts below True Believers!
