It appears that not only does ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’ bring on an all new human cast, but it would appear that venerable Autobot leader Optimus Prime has also gotten a new look as revealed by Britain’s ‘Empire’ magazine.

It’s not the best image, but obviously the color scheme has been tones down. You see less of the “truck” parts (which remain intact as you can see in the first image), and more black robotic metal. He also looks a bit… harsher. Will we see a more aggressive Optimus this time around?
The details of the movie have been kept pretty hush-hush. The movie shot in Detroit and Shanghai.
Michael Bay returns as director and the movie stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, T.J. Miller, Han Geng and Titus Welliver.
