‘The Wolverine’ will be in theaters in less than 3 weeks and that means we’ll be seeing a lot more footage and material from the film, and that’s okay by us! To get us more excited about it (if you aren’t already), Fox has released this first clip from the movie.

The clip is an extended, almost 90 seconds worth, of footage from the bullet train sequence that we’ve only been teased with in previous trailers. Why anyone would continue to go after someone after metal claws shoot out of their knuckles is beyond me, but it provides some great action which you can see below!

Let us know what you think of the clip!

Synopsis:

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world, he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality.

Directed by James Mangold, ‘The Wolverine’ stars Hugh Jackman, Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima and Brian Tee, and will be in theaters on July 26.
