Talk about keeping the best for last! Paramount has released the final trailer for ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ and it is the best one by far! With lots of new footage and a clearer idea of the story, this trailer has definitely solidified that fact that this film will set records at the box offices.
Some of the new stuff seen is a first good look at the Klingons, a head to head standoff with a big ship appearing out of nowhere against the Enterprise, and some major damage occurring on the beloved ship. Sorry, Trekkies, but we still don’t know too much about John Harrison (Benedict Cumberbatch) but at this point, who cares, right?
As Simon Pegg tweeted:
Darkness is coming. Last trailer. If this doesn’t convince you, nothing will. bit.ly/Z0fC7h

We are convinced! You will too when you watch the trailer below:
In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth. In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.
‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ opens in IMAX theaters on May 15 then in regular theaters nationwide on May 17.
