It’s been about two months since we last saw Kevin Smith’s merry band of comic merchants from Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey in AMC’s ‘Comic Book Men’. Like many of our favorite shows, it took a brief hiatus, but now it’s gearing up for a return later this week on a new night. As a little sneak peek of what’s to come in the rest of this season, we have a clip from the new episode titled ‘The Clash at the Stash’!
When we last left Walt, Bryan, Ming, and Mike, they were hanging out with comic book and pop culture icon Stan Lee as he visited the stash for a little photo shoot and hang out session with the fanboys (and Bryan Johnson). Now, they’re gearing up for a brawl in this clip for the new episode, courtesy of Comic Book Movie.
For decades, fans often wondered who would emerge victorious when forced into combat. Marvel vs. DC. Hulk vs. Thing. Batman vs. Superman. Freddy vs. Jason. Alien vs. Predator. The possible pairings for match-ups are endless, but in this Valentine’s Day episode of ‘Comic Book Men’, we get an answer to a question that not many people ask: Who would win in a fight between Jay and Silent Bob? Thanks to MMA fighter Nate Quarry, the guys from the Stash along with Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes are gathered to watch the fight unfold and get a concrete answer.
