Soon after several websites were posting leaked video of the trailer for ‘Resident Evil: Retribution,’ they were quickly taken down at the request of Sony. Fans didn’t have to wait too long, however, as the official version has just been release!
According to the synopsis, the much awaited ‘Resident Evil: Retribution’ movie promises to unveil more about Alice and her history in the usual action packed way. Overall the trailer was entertaining to watch. Don’t let the beginning fool you. The Sony “commercial” is part of it and the spoof segways well into Alice’s zombie filled world. And check out the music – it sounds like the song from the movie ‘Tron: Legacy,’ called ‘Recognizer.’

Not only did the trailer premiere today, but you can now also log onto the official website and keep up to date with their movie’s official Twitter account. Yesterday they revealed the new logo for the movie:
‘Resident Evil: Retribution’ comes to theaters on September 14th and stars Milla Jovovich, Michelle Rodriguez, Sienna Guillory, Kevin Durand, Shawn Roberts, Colin Salmon, Johann Urb, Boris Kodjoe and Li Bingbing.
