Star Wars! The science fiction entertainment juggernaut that is ‘Star Wars’ is as popular as ever, so it should come as no major surprise to see some awesome new exclusive figures that are coming our way soon!
First up is an all new 6″ scale figure of General Veers figure that is coming exclusively to Walgreens stores this summer! Veers will include removable AT-AT Commander Armor so you can change his look based on your preference. General Veers is expected to hit Walgreens stores later this month, so keep your eyes peeled!
And the big reveal for ‘Star Wars’ fans that are heading to San Diego Comic-Con, Hasbro has announced their new SDCC 2018 exclusive 3.75″ scale ‘Star Wars’ Doctor Aphra Comic 3-Pack! This set includes Doctor Aphra (who won last year’s fan poll and will also be available as a solo stand-alone figure at retail later) along with the ‘evil’ droids BT-1 and 0-0-0 (aka Triple Zero). This set will come in vintage style packaging and will set you back a whopping $49.99 (which seems a bit steep for three 3.75″ figures, especially when one is a half-sized droid). Hot Toys Set To Patrol Corelia
While ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ may not have been the biggest hit at the box office, many ‘Star Wars’ fans seem to have enjoyed the film and are craving more! The team at Hot Toys is always happy to feed collector’s needs and has announced the next figure in their 1:6 scale ‘Solo’ line, a Patrol Trooper! This 12″ figure brings the Imperial Patrol Troopers to life in your collection and includes a number of interchangeable hands, a blaster pistol, baton, and a specially designed figure stand. Solo: A Star Wars Story – 1:6 Patrol Trooper Collectible Figure
Solo: A Star Wars Story has opened around the globe and is loved by fans and critics alike! The Imperial has expanded its army with a newly introduced Patrol Trooper. These specialist Stormtroopers are the urban equivalent of scout troopers, wearing partial armor for greater mobility. The enlarged helmet incorporates enhanced-imaging sensors and communications gear, helping patrol troopers navigate crowded city streets and handle real-time data about suspects.

Gentle Giant Descends On SDCC
As per usual, the team at Gentle Giant is prepared to face San Diego Comic-Con head-on with a number of awesome new convention exclusives! This week we have our first look at at least three of them and they’re coming from some of the biggest franchises the science fiction genre has to offer!
First up is an all-new 1:6 scale Minibust straight out of ‘Star Trek’s newest series, ‘Star Trek: Discovery’, bringing the alien Lt. Saru to life in beautifully sculpted detail! This new Minibust is expected to stand around 7″ tall and will set you back a cool $100.
Next is a massive new ‘must have’ item for ‘Star Wars’ fans in the form of 12″ tall Jumbo Kenner Boba Fett figure from ‘Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi’! The Jumbo Kenner Star Wars line from Gentle Giant are super-sized versions of the original 3.75″ figures from the 70’s and 80’s packaging in special resealable clamshell packaging so that you’re able to display them in or out of the box. This means SDCC attendees will have a chance to really bring back one of their favorite toys from their childhood in a big way (literally)! This Jumbo Kenner ‘Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi’ Boba Fett figure will be priced at $80.
Lastly, we have the all-new Marvel Animated Gwenpool Statue! This 3″ stylized statue joins a number of other fan favorite Marvel Comics characters to get the statue treatment from Gentle Giant based on the artwork of Skottie Young! Gwenpool is set to be priced at $64.99.
Mezco Possesses Your Collection
The power of Mezco compels you to check out the latest figure in their stylized horror line dubbed the Mezco Designer Series, Regan from ‘The Exorcist’! As one of cinema’s most iconic horrors, it’s no big surprise to see Regan joining this popular and highly stylized line of collectibles. Regan is approximately 6″ tall and sports that standard 9 points of articulation. It’s worth noting that Regan also comes with an additional bonus in the form of a pair of interchangeable ‘sitting’ legs, giving your more display options. Regan is anticipated to hit the market this winter with an MSRP of $30.
Skybound Unveils First SDCC 2018 Exclusive
With San Diego Comic-Con quickly approaching, we suppose it was only a matter of time before the team at Skybound began announcing their convention exclusives for the year! This week they announced their first SDCC 2018 exclusive with the reveal of their all-new 5″ scale figure of Atom Eve from Image Comics ‘Invincible’! Crafted in collaboration with the team at McFarlane Toys, Atom Eve is in scale with all other previously released Skybound 5″ figures (including their previous SDCC exclusive figure of Invincible himself!). There is a standard version as well as a bloody variant, and both versions come packaged with an alternative set of hands and will be available exclusively from the Skybound booth at SDCC 2018!
