Once Upon A Time

The seventh season finale of ‘Once Upon a Time’ is also going to be the series finale and ABC is bringing back some familiar faces to say goodbye to Storybrooke. Aptly called “Leaving Storybrooke” we’ll be seeing showrunners Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis have the final two episodes crammed full of old friends, and enemies. It should be noted at this time though we haven’t seen any confirmation that Jennifer Morrison and Ginny Goodwin are set to return.

According to Kitsis last month it was stated that:

“There’s an open invitation for every actor who’s been on the show to come back in the finale and so we’ll see who’s available. If the real question is will the final couple hours remind us of the first six years, then the answer is yes, but does that mean everyone’s coming back? No, because they’re real people with real lives and we can’t force them to anymore. We try!”

We know that Goodwin is currently working on a pilot for ABC titled ‘Steps’ though don’t know what is on Morrison’s plate.

As to who we will see? Horowitz was excited to share that Jared Gilmore will close out the series by reprising his role as Henry as “He’s in a lot of ways the heart and soul of the show. He grew up literally on the show, and it’s really wonderful to see him back. I hope the audience enjoys. We feel like we have a fun adventure.” Also on the docket so far are: “Bev Elliott will be back as Granny. Tony Amendola will reprise his role as Geppetto/Marco. Lee Arenberg is returning as Leroy/Grumpy/Dreamy. JoAnna Garcia will reprise her role as Ariel. Robbie Kay is returning as Peter Pan. Sean Maguire will reprise his role as Robin Hood. Victoria Smurfit will reprise her role as Cruella De Vil. Keegan Tracy will reprise her role as Blue Fairy/Mother Superior.”

Are there any actors that you’d like to see reprise their roles in the finale of ‘Once Upon a Time’? What has been your favorite moment from the series so far? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
