In what could be one of the largest video game adaptations of all time, Duncan Jones (‘Moon’) is sharing new behind the scenes from ‘Warcraft‘. In the latest set of images, we’re given a slew of behind the scenes shots. Right off the bat, one of the best parts is seeing how much practical effects are going to be used.

The majority of what you’ll be seeing here will take place in the human capital Stormwind. The shots include a throne room, a council chamber, and a few city streets. This is a finely crafted world that, at least visually, in the human realm should make fantasy lovers squeal with joy. Depending how the CGI and final product ends up will still leave the battles and rendered portions of the fantasy world up in the air.

Let’s take a look!

It is quite clear that the film isn’t quite as CGI as many may have made out. I’m still on the fence as to if hte movie will be good or not but I’m sure with Jones at the helm it will be unique and I’m quite curious to see the story play out on the big screen.
