BBC released this very brief description for the new season:

Also released was an also-brief teaser clip, which you can watch below:

Maslany portrays the five main characters on the show: Sarah Manning (the “orphan” in the title, and a con artist); Alison Hendrix (the soccer mom with a hidden addiction problem); Cosima Niehaus (the biologist); Helena Manning (Sarah’s twin sister, and a tormented assassin); and Rachel Duncan (an executive at the Dyad Institute who was raised knowing she was a clone); as well as various others.

Joining Maslany will be Millen as Mark Rollins/the other clones, Jordan Garvaris as Felix “Fee” Dawkins, Kevin Hanchard as Detective Arthur “Art” Bell, Évelyne Brochu as Doctor Delphine Cormier, Maria Doyle Kennedy as Siobhan Sadler, Skyler Wexler as Kira Manning, Michiel Huisman as Cal Morrison, Kristian Bruun as Donnie Hendrix, Justin Chatwin as Jason Kellerman, James Frain as Ferdinand and Ksenia Solo as Shay.

The only announcement as to when the new episodes begin is April.  No specific date is given.  It was previously announced that there would be ten episodes in this new season.
