Get ready for the insanity that will be ‘Mad Max: Fury Road.‘ And when I say insanity, I mean that in the best possible way. With an “R” Rating from the MPAA for ” intense sequences of violence throughout, and for disturbing images,” I can’t help but feel this is going to be one hell of a movie, and I truly appreciate that they did not shy away from the carnage in an attempt to procure a PG-13 rating, as many formerly Rated R franchises have done in recent years (*cough*Terminator*cough*)

George Miller returns to the director’s chair to orchestrate the madness, with a film built around one massive car chase scene. With Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron leading a brilliant cast that also includes Nicholas Hoult, Riley Keough, Zoe Kravitz, Courtney Eaton, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Nathan Jones, and Abbey Lee Kershaw, ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ is sure to be one hell of a ride.

Below is the recently released international trailer for the film, which aptly shows off the carnage within, including some bonkers shots of Hardy’s Max swinging on what appears to be a mast above the rest of the vehicles, a massive sandstorm sucking automobiles off the desert floor, and many shots of the action and mayhem which is sure to reign supreme in the sequel/reboot of the series.

Check it out below!

Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone.  Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa.  They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken.  Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
