NBC’s hit series ‘Grimm’ returns this Friday, October 25th.  If you recall, the last season ended with lead character Nick (David Giuntoli) being kidnapped by the Baron (Reg E. Cathey) and Eric (James Frain) and transformed into a zombie.  Season Three picks right up from that shocking cliffhanger.. “I go kind of berserk,” Giuntoli says, describing his character’s radical change in direction.  Which means viewers will get to see a lot of “zombie Nick being mean and physically aggressive.”

We also pick up with Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell), Rosalee (Bree Turner) and Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) fleeing from a horde of zombies.

The gang later gathers with Hank (Russell Hornsby) who points out “You have to understand, Nick is more animal than man right now.”  There is a shot of a tense stand-off between Hank and Nick.

“It’s really up to the Grimm gang to go out and try to rescue him,” explains Tulloch.

Elsewhere, we see Adalind (Claire Coffee) vowing to regain her powers and to do so, she goes to extreme measures with Sasha Roiz (Captain Renard) saying “I think we’re all gonna end up on Maurey Povich soon.”

Meanwhile Giuntoli hints “I’ve heard there might be another Grimm coming on board.”

Guintoli also states that the Monroe/Rosalee storyline is getting “hot and heavy.”

Regarding his character, Sergeant Wu, and the possibility of him learning about all the strange happenings around him, actor Reggie Lee says “Hey Wu should totally find out and say ‘Yeah I knew that all along’.”

Expect things to be bigger and more exciting this season.  Turner exclaims, “We have way more stunts and effects that I’ve ever seen.”  Tulloch even compares it to making a “feature film.”
