When Pixar’s ‘Brave’ was released in theaters, the trailer for ‘The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey’ looked slightly different than the official one that debuted back in December. Now, 2 months later, this new version has finally made its way online!

Dubbed ‘The Hobbit 1.1,’ this trailer is essentially the same one that we’ve seen before but with three new snippets of footage (and I really mean snippets!). Basically, it’s an excuse to geek out as it reminds us that Peter Jackson’s epic blockbuster is only 4 months away and that we’ll not only get 2 Hobbit movies but a whopping trilogy!

To make sure you don’t miss any of the new additions, here are the times where they appear in the trailer:

•0:23 — Bilbo’s reaction to Gandalf’s arrival

•1:57 — Bilbo hiding behind a tree in Mirkwood

•1:59 — Gandalf, the dwarves, and Bilbo running through a forest

Something is better than nothing, right? Hopefully a whole new trailer will be released soon now that 2 of the three movies have basically finished principal filming.

Check out version 1.1 and let me know what you think of the new additions!
