Fans of HBO’s adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s ‘Game of Thrones’ may have to wait until April 1st for season two to begin, but HBO has kept the teasers coming strong to build up the raging furor over the show.

Today, HBO released the third trailer for the series’ second season. This time around, we get a look at Stannis Baratheon (Stephen Dillane), Mellisandre (Carise  van Houten) and Renly Baratheon (Gethin Anthony) in action. Until now, we’ve only seen the characters in still images. More importantly, we get more Tyrion Lannister!

‘Game of Thrones’ season 2 will be the adapting of the second of Martin’s novels in the series, ‘A Clash of Kings’. And, if the show follows the book (and there’s no reason to assume it won’t), fans of the first season will see the blood, deception, lust, and revenge ramped up even more this time around.

Stay tuned to ScienceFiction.com for more ‘Game of Thrones’ season 2 details as we get them.
