Disney held a massive press conference to outline details about its upcoming streaming service Disney+, which launches in November. Like many similar services, including Hulu, which Disney now owns the majority of, one of the biggest draws is the slate of new TV shows and movies, being offered. But another major factor to consider is the back catalog of older material, and there will be quite a bit of that.
With the recent buyout of 21st Century Fox, Disney has decided to pull ‘The Simpsons’ from other outlets and make Disney+ the only source from which to stream this iconic series. And in case you weren’t aware, that’s going on 30 years’ worth of programming!
