In this new Season 2 clip from ‘The Tick,’ “Arthur and The Tick are headed your way…with some very buttery croissants.” The federal agency which works with superheroes as the take down the villains of the world are taking a particular interest in our blue friend and his sidekick, and now we’re seeing the kind of style our hero can become accustomed too if he plays ball.

Here’s what you can expect in the upcoming second season of the show:
Tick and Arthur have freed the City from The Terror — now they must defend it from new villains and old enemies. That is if they can convince AEGIS, the government agency in charge of superhero regulation, that they deserve the job. But now that the City is ‘safe enough to protect’ Tick and Arthur begin to see they’ve got competition…

As always, this show looks just as ridiculously outrageous and over the top as usual. It’ll be fun watching The Tick working with others in his fight against crime though I’m not sure how fun it will be for his new partners if he does end up working with A.E.G.I.S. for any extended period of time.

The first episode was shared at WonderCon 2019 and received rave reviews by the audience. I’m hoping the entire second season can deliver the same kind of humor but if this clip is any indication we have nothing to worry about there.
