You certainly can’t fault the folks at Marvel Animation for their ambition. While the live action films near the culmination of a story ten years in the making, Marvel Animation is pursuing a vision of its own. Central to that vision is introducing audiences to a new generation of heroes. To that end, while the live action movies focus on mainstays like Captain America, animated efforts like ‘Marvel Rising’ serve to shine a spotlight on characters like Ms. Marvel, Squirrel Girl, Patriot, and others.
While at New York Comic Con, we had the chance to speak with several of the ‘Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors’ cast and crew. Among them was the voice of Patriot, Kamil McFadden. In the course of our chat with McFadden, we discussed the show, his connections to Patriot, and more.
