J.J. Abrams has made it quite clear at this point that ‘Overlord‘ isn’t going to be a ‘Cloverfield’ movie in disguise and anyone who loves a good zombie-action movie has already stopped caring at this point. The latest trailer shows exactly how much fun watching Nazi-Zombies get killed can be and as it mixes two of the greatest villains from actual and cinematic history together, you know it just can’t go wrong if you are looking for an action-packed thrill ride.

Paramount Pictures’ gambles with anything that Bad Robot has put out has had mixed results, but this one seems like it could be so much fun that it would be hard for horror fans to pass up. If anything, the only thing working against it is that it is slated to be released after October and can’t enjoy the Halloween rush of fans wanting to celebrate All Hallows Eve with a horror movie.
