We’ve seen the return of some of the witches for ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ already and new set photos are now highlighting both Emma Roberts and Evan Peters. These new shots which showrunner Ryan Murphy have shared showcase Peters returning as Tate Langdon from Murder House while Roberts is reprising her role as Madison Montgomery from Coven. Both of these characters were dead when we last saw them on the show but that clearly wouldn’t have stopped Tate from returning, and it’ll be fun to see how Montgomery is back.

I think it is pretty obvious which of the two is more fitting for fans as we see the character of Madison dressed to impress as she usually would have been standing over a pile of bones. We’ve seen that witches can bring back the dead, so Madison’s return isn’t out of the realm of possibility but is she standing where a few other major characters from the series also were left for dead? It sure seems that this is a call back to a couple of corpses from Murder House that were buried under a gazebo.
It’ll be interesting if this is a hint that Hayden and Moira might return as well. It sure seems to be laying the groundwork for it!
